Description
This voucher entitles the recipient to one place on a 1 day ‘Introduction to Glass’ course with Alx Creations, Meltham.
The course will run from 9:30 -3:30 with a short break for lunch on a day mutually decided upon by the artist and the the student. Courses are available on most week days.
The course will introduce you to a number of areas of kiln glass, including: fusing, kiln forming, slumping and image transfer.
The course fee is £140 and includes, sketch book, notes, equipment use, basic materials, tuition, firing, finished works (to be collected after firing) and tea or coffee. On road parking is also available directly outside the workshop. For lunch you may either bring a packed lunch or feel free to visit one of the local cafes or shops.
Once you have purchased a voucher you will be contacted to confirm details such as who the voucher is to be made out to or if it is for yourself, then to confirm a date for the class.
